Sioux Falls Beat the Heat League · FAQ

How is my handicap decided?

By your B9 indoor handicap — the Bridge — which reads your game and adapts as you post rounds. You play on a fair field from day one.

Where do I register and score my rounds?

Inside Full Swing Compete — your Back Nine host shares the event there. Heads up: the verification code often lands in your junk folder.

What should I do on the day I play?

Log into Full Swing Compete first, launch the round your host shares, and enter your handicap when the bay prompts you. Skip the handicap and the sim scores you from zero — it's the most common day-of miss.

Can I stop mid-round, or what if I have a bad hole?

Stopping is fine — but finish the hole you're on, or no score records for it, and a finished hole can't be redone. Come back later inside the event window.

How do you keep it fair?

Flights and the Bridge place you against players whose game fits yours. We read across your rounds and the tee you played, and if we adjust your flight we tell you why. Honest rounds clear without a word.

How do points and standings work?

You earn Back Nine points just for playing, and more for finishing higher. Tied players share the position, and your points roll into your season total.

Who do I contact with a question?

Your Back Nine host, or a Back Nine team member — we run this event's scoring and standings directly.
