The Bridge translates the handicap you earned on grass into a fair indoor one. You'll see your anticipated number the moment you register.

Play three rounds.
Individual stroke play at your Back Nine — Victoria National, Detroit GC North, then St. Andrews Old. No mulligans, 8-foot gimmies, Blue tees, same setup for everyone.

Carry your number anywhere.
When your rounds post, your indoor handicap locks in. Take it into a national event, your local league, or a team qualifier — it travels with you.
If this is your first time on a Full Swing, here is exactly how each round is set up — no surprises when you walk in. Every player gets the identical setup.
Round 1
Victoria National
Blue tees · 6,404 yds
The gentle open — no wind, medium pins, normal greens.
The putting arrow is ON for Round 1 only — it is there to teach you the greens. It is switched off for Rounds 2 and 3.
Round 2
Detroit GC — North
Blue tees · 6,701 yds
The step up, and the hardest of the three — hard pins, fast and firm greens, a breeze.
Firm greens release. Expect the ball to run out on landing — land it shorter than you would outdoors.
Round 3
St. Andrews — Old
Blue tees · 6,521 yds
The release — easy pins, soft greens, a breeze off the coast.
Soft greens hold. The links wind is on, so the ball will move in the air more than the yardage suggests.

First time on a simulator?
It will not feel like your home course.
A simulator rewards a different miss than grass does. Your first round is usually your worst — that is normal, and it is exactly why there are three.
Play all three. The middle one is the point.
One great round and one bad round tell us very little. The third round is what lets us see which one was really you.
Your number is provisional until your rounds post.
You get a reading the moment you register. It firms up once your rounds are in — and it keeps sharpening every time you play.
Setup can be adjusted by Back Nine before an event opens — if anything changes, this page changes with it.
